- Detailed analysis of the aggregate results in the form of a written report for both the baseline and follow-up assessments including an executive summary and question-by-question analysis.
- One electronic and one color hard copy of the data analysis for the baseline and follow-up assessments including graphs & tables for each question.
- Shipping costs associated with delivery of identification numbers and written reports.
- The opportunity for participating high schools to submit their own questions to be included in the assessment (the final content of the assessment remains within the discretion of the Eagleton Institute of Politics).

Billing Schedule
Participating schools will work with the Eagleton Institute to create a Memo of Understanding (MOU) prior to the administration of the baseline assessment. Upon the creation of an MOU, the participating high school will submit the institutional fee of $1,500. Upon receipt of the follow-up report at the end of the academic year, high schools will submit the remaining balance if applicable (administration fee).
Expectations of Participating Schools
- Participating schools are expected to play an active role in acquiring parental consent for students to participate in the assessment including xeroxing, distributing and collecting letters of informed consent provided by Eagleton and approved by the Institutional Review Board of Rutgers University. In addition, participating schools are required to provide Eagleton an electronic listing of participating students in an excel spreadsheet for the preparation of unique identification numbers.
- The assessment is designed to be taken by the entire freshman class (provided students have parental permission). Consequently, in order to participate, high schools must offer a one-year course that all freshmen are required to take and in which the assessment can be administered.
