Elizabeth C. Matto, Ph.D.
Elizabeth is the director of the Youth Political Participation Program at the Eagleton Institute of Politics and is the project director for RU Ready. She earned her Ph.D. in American Politics from George Washington University in 2000. In addition to the RU Ready project, Matto directs “The Eagleton Assessment” and is co-principal investigator of the research project, “The Classroom-Kitchen Table Connection: The Effects of Political Discussion on Youth Knowledge and Efficacy” funded by The Center for Information and Research on Civic Learning and Education (CIRCLE).
