The
Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers, The State University
of New Jersey offers four competitive interdisciplinary fellowship
programs that connect Rutgers graduate students to the practice
of politics through a required course and internship. These one-year
fellowships aims to add a hands-on understanding of politics and
government to the student’s academic course of study.

We invite students
at the beginning of their junior year at Rutgers to apply to Eagleton
Institute's Undergraduate Associates Program. The program offers an
opportunity for a select group of students to study government and
politics and share in the activities and resources of the Eagleton
Institute of Politics during their last three semesters at Rutgers.

NEW Leadership,
a project of the Center for American Women and Politics, is designed
to educate and inspire young women to get involved in politics and
policymaking. Through education and empowerment, our work seeks to
overcome the apathy and pessimism that pervade opinions about politics.
