Hall’s professional career with Johnson & Johnson spanned over 35 years. Among his positions at J & J, he served as executive vice president of the Chicopee Division, president of the Devro, Inc. Division, vice president for federal relations, and vice president of governmental affairs and policy. His political experience includes associate director of the Office of Cabinet Affairs at the White House, as well as various municipal roles. He has been an adjunct assistant professor at the Rider University School of Business and more recently a part-time lecturer for the Bloustein School of Planning Public Policy at Rutgers. He was chairman and a member of Rider University’s Board of Trustees. Currently, he serves on the boards of the Delta Dental Co. of New Jersey, McCarter Theater, the Princeton Area Community Foundation, and the Princeton Day School. Hall holds an AB from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth.
