Eagleton holds an annual Election Day Luncheon. University faculty and staff and Eagleton Visiting Associates enjoy the traditional meal for the occasion – fried chicken and corn fritters – and compete for the Eagleton Cup. An Election Day Quiz asks participants to guess local, state and national election outcomes, and the name of the person who provides the most correct answers is inscribed on the Cup.
